The sparse journalistic coverage of innovation-based startup companies could be explained by a lack of methods and tools for journalists striving to cover these companies. This paper describes new journalistic methods for covering startups.

This is an important example of how research companies should report their findings. The study provides a great deal of transparency and allows for independent replication of the results. This is the type of reporting that should be the standard in help with statistics class.
